- since there are a lot of merch available for group orders, please inquire about the product and member/s or character/s you want.
- no cancellations. only 50% will be refunded if you cancel, because the other 50% will serve as your downpayment/deposit which is non-refundable.
- once i've handed the orders to my shipper, shipping both local and international is not within my control.
- orders are made through dms and order forms. invoices will be sent through dm as well, and through email from the order form.
- strictly pay as you order within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation and the payment information.
